• Built a visualization platform from scratch for an insurance company in Colombia using Next.js and TypeScript. The platform integrated historical disaster data visualization, pricing estimation, user management, and multiple features.
• Designed the project structure and selected proper libraries and tools to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.
• Crafted the UI components with RWD using MUI.
• Interacted with the RESTful APIs provided by the backend, and visualized the data with Deck.gl and Recharts.
• Developed features enabling the download of DOM elements as JPEG files, as well as support for PDF document export and CSV file uploading.
• Implemented the forget password functionality through SendGrid.
• Supported i18n.
• Mentored and shared knowledge with colleague new to frontend to enhance team productivity.
